Finally, I would like to recommend a new restaurant that is open recently. This restaurant was also just recently tasted. It feels like a creative restaurant. There are some more traditional Chinese dishes in the Menu. Of course, the most memorable and interesting dishes are funny and creative dishes. The taste of this restaurant is relatively light for some customers. It offers a wide range of specialties from different regions and is cooked to the appropriate taste. When we went there, we ordered the pickled fish, which is a Hunan cuisine. The overall taste is sour and refreshing and it is very tasty. A friend who was traveling with me was a Taiwanese. He ordered a famous braised pork rice in Taiwan. After the taste, I was very impressed, because the dish is generally sweet, and it is made according to the characteristics of Taiwanese cuisine. This makes me feel that this restaurant is very intimate and very attentive.

The restaurant is not very large. In 2019, it was upgraded to become the second star of Michelin. It was one star before. This restaurant is divided into two sections, a sushi bar, and kaiseki bar. Actually, it is a little difficult to book the seat in Kaiseki bar. There are 8 Seat at Kaiseki Counter and 10 Seat at Omakase Sushi Bar. We booked Kaiseki this time. The location around the bar is the dining area. Space is very close and convenient for two people to have the conversation, but it is a bit crowded to some extent.

The overall dining experience is very good, the amount of the whole course is adequate, even for men. This price is very cost-effective for the ingredients provided. The overall feeling is very satisfying for me. There are a few dishes that are impressive, and I want to eat again!

Uchu’s wine list is quite rich and there are many precious collections. I especially like the small glass of wine before the meal, the taste is light, and the taste is unique.

Uni-Shiso

People who love sea urchin must love this dish. The sea urchin is mixed with the fried basil leaves below. It is a rich taste in a creative and unique way.

When we arrived at the door, we found a supermarket called Brooklyn Fare. I didn’t expect to go through the supermarket to the end. It was an open kitchen with a large open space. The kitchen was surrounded by three sides and had a table. Personally, recommend that the seat of the meal must choose counter, 18 seats around the open kitchen total, to have a better dining experience than the surrounding table, which is one of the major features of this restaurant. Throughout the course, I give the individual rate of the best dishes. Also, it is worthy to mention that this restaurant offers 7000 bottles of wine, and most of them are European wines. I absolutely recommend that people who like red wine should never miss it!

Coming to New York for more than two years, the biggest feeling is that New York is really a magical and attractive city.

You can always feel the carnival and excitement of New York, and also the meaninglessness and ruthlessness of New York.
