Environmental:
The restaurant is not very large. In 2019, it was upgraded to become the second star of Michelin. It was one star before. This restaurant is divided into two sections, a sushi bar, and kaiseki bar. Actually, it is a little difficult to book the seat in Kaiseki bar. There are 8 Seat at Kaiseki Counter and 10 Seat at Omakase Sushi Bar. We booked Kaiseki this time. The location around the bar is the dining area. Space is very close and convenient for two people to have the conversation, but it is a bit crowded to some extent.

The overall dining experience is very good, the amount of the whole course is adequate, even for men. This price is very cost-effective for the ingredients provided. The overall feeling is very satisfying for me. There are a few dishes that are impressive, and I want to eat again!

Uchu’s wine list is quite rich and there are many precious collections. I especially like the small glass of wine before the meal, the taste is light, and the taste is unique.

Uni-Shiso

People who love sea urchin must love this dish. The sea urchin is mixed with the fried basil leaves below. It is a rich taste in a creative and unique way.

Golden Osetra Caviar Temaki

The caviar is full of hand rolls, and the first bite is very happy and satisfying. Caviar and seaweed are together, tasting really nice, with a small amount of rice. The taste is very fragrant, relieves the greasy feeling.

Sando-A5 Miyazaki Wagyu

Wagyu is really my favorite ingredient. Butter toast is not greasy with A5 beef, it is the best option for me, except that the calories are too high without any other disadvantages!

Donabe-Matsutake

It can be understood as pine mushroom pottery rice, and the pine mushroom gives a lot of fragrant smell after roasting. The sauce is also very good, and it is the dish that impressed me the most.

Soufflé

For me who don’t really like dessert, Soufflé is really an exception! Chocolate Soufflé matched with vanilla ice cream. I can really give a perfect score for this dessert!

In short, Schu’s dining experience is very good, looking at the chef to do the food to the table, my heart is full of expectations. I look forward to the next time I try the sushi bar.
