When we arrived at the door, we found a supermarket called Brooklyn Fare. I didn’t expect to go through the supermarket to the end. It was an open kitchen with a large open space. The kitchen was surrounded by three sides and had a table. Personally, recommend that the seat of the meal must choose counter, 18 seats around the open kitchen total, to have a better dining experience than the surrounding table, which is one of the major features of this restaurant. Throughout the course, I give the individual rate of the best dishes. Also, it is worthy to mention that this restaurant offers 7000 bottles of wine, and most of them are European wines. I absolutely recommend that people who like red wine should never miss it!
Sea Urchin: Hokkaido sea urchin truffles with Brio
The first classic in the new menu is Hokkaido Sea Urchin, a fresh sea urchin with a crispy crunchy bread that can be picked up in the first pass. It’s really amazing, without the smell of sea urchins, but retaining its fresh taste. For people who love sea urchins, this dish must not be missed.
Kaluga queen Carviar& Blue fin tuna Calauga caviar
The caviar is accompanied by Japanese pine-leaf crabs, which are steamed to lock in moisture and preserve the most original flavor. The caviar is made from Kaluga’s caviar and they provide in a very large volume. It can completely fill the entire mouth when you eat the dish. The salty taste of the caviar makes the crab taste better, plus the characteristic white sauce, which combines three different flavors. In general, this is my favorite
Japan’s Miyazaki’s A5
The chef used a simple and mellow sauce to highlight the beef’s fleshy, making the taste of the Miyazaki’s A5 excellent. It tastes delicious and doesn’t feel greasy.
Frozen Soufflé
It was a very amazing dessert, which surprised and impressed me a lot. Soufflé is an intricate and delicate dessert, but the chef makes the Soufflé into ice cream creatively so that the taste is not sweet and fresh enough. I love it so much!
